Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TTAPI ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use https://ttapi.io/, our APIs, dashboard, and related services (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. This page summarizes our practices; the authoritative version is maintained at https://ttapi.io/privacy.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: when you register we collect your email address, account credentials, and billing details necessary to provide the Services.
Usage data: API requests, models invoked, prompts and parameters submitted, generated outputs, request timestamps, IP addresses, and diagnostic logs used to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
Payment data: top-ups and balance transactions are processed through third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the Services; authenticate requests and prevent abuse; meter usage and bill your account; respond to support requests; monitor reliability and performance; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Generated Assets & Retention
Generated images, video, and audio are hosted on our CDN for a retention window so you can fetch your results. For anything you need to keep permanently, download and store the assets in your own systems. Request logs and account records are retained as long as needed to operate the Services and meet legal and accounting requirements.
4. Sharing & Third Parties
To deliver generations, requests are routed to the upstream model providers you select (e.g. Midjourney, OpenAI, Suno, Google, and others). We also rely on infrastructure, CDN, and payment processors. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of users.
5. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential and rotating them if they may be exposed.
6. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, or delete your account information, and request that we stop processing your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. Deleting your account may limit or end your ability to use the Services.
7. International Users
TTAPI is operated from the United States and may process data in jurisdictions other than your own. By using the Site you consent to the transfer of your information to those jurisdictions, which may have different data-protection rules than your country.
8. Children
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
10. Contact
